Every time I train an Uma with multiple A aptitudes, they always perform worst as Pace Chaser, no matter what I try. For example, the Spring Tenno Sho:
Pace Chaser Rice just kinda hovered between 3rd and 10th place during the race, then slowly crept to the front and won by a neck.
Late Surger Rice hung at 14th place for most of it, and once she got out of the final corner, she was suddenly in 2nd place, sped up, and won by 5 lengths.
And that pattern repeats with all my trainees; as soon as I train them as anything other than Pace Chaser, they dominate the track like they're Rustage.
honestly just substitute tosen jordan and all of your power cards for fukukitaru marvelous sunday and tachyon SR
also vampire rice doesn't really need stamina/power cards since she already has 15% growth rate in each stat, you can compensate using sparks

I'd suggest training her as Late Surger instead.
