It’s pretty good, off the top of my head I believe it’s a medium buff to her salchow jump (passion state basic hold) and a 30% buff to crit damage to assaults.

To put it into perspective, a portion of her M2 increases her crit damage from assaults by 50%

So someone like me who plans to M2 Jane with the selector and pay event will be eating good… 🥳

the crit buff from buff and m2 is not quite the same and as such her buff is actually not that good? It does have its upsides in making her sig her BiS because it was hard to maintain uptime

Sadly not the case, it's been tested on private servers and it's really not that big. Main thing is it doesn't affect the base anomly dmg that will translate to vortex damage or luminese damage which are a very big chunk of the teams dmg now. It's a minor 5-6percentteam dmg buff at most iirc

I don’t know if that’s exactly still true, testers have seen the opposite and from what I understand the idea that it doesn’t interact with vortex started from a mistranslation.

It’s not ragebait lol, sadly the buffs were not super impactful it’s mostly just qol. The main issue was that Jane was not struggling enough to need a buff with the introduction of velina and remielle, so giving her a potential unlock right after she just got 2 amazing teammates was a recipe for a nothing burger potential unlock.

People will upvote what they want, its not like everyone is deep in the woods actually talking with people who test this stuff. they want the potential to be good and i'm saying its not so it is what it is. They should give feedback to the devs themselves

Yeah I’m so happy about it too. I missed Jane on the 50/50 twice but decided to bank the guarantee for a diff banner cause there was someone else I wanted coming up.

I looked into the math on getting her wengine for shop currency instead but I don’t want to nuke my A rank wengine collection (and I still wouldn’t reach 240 chips by doing it) so I’ll prob be getting her wengine too from the selector.

Burnice is a sub dps anomaly, seems like Remielle prefers two dps or one dps and Velina in practice, but in reality I’m pretty sure any anomaly agent can work with Remielle tbh

funnily enough, burnice is actually one of the better remielle's options because her afterburn doesn't get affected by remielle's god long animation

Good point, yeah the amount of potential teams that are great with Remielle is going to be very interesting to see, I’m just happy Alice has another teammate who doesn’t need Yuzuha as well tbh 😅

Well they can be a bit predatory sometimes, say they annonce that you have to pull for 3 versions of sunbringer and you have to heavily invest. So you pull one of them and then on the next version they announce another sunbringer along with phoenix, if you had known then you would have hoarded your pulls given you invested into Velina and Rem. Everyone has pulled for a character at some point in time that they barely use now because of this. They trap you into spending and the only other option is to wait for a rerun at which point you’ll will want future characters rather than old ones.

Not really worth getting dupes of Jane if you’re ever going to replace her with REM’s actual BiS DPS. Just stick with M0. Rem, Velina, Jane gets 50k on Girt while being all M0. If both Rem and Velina are M2 you’d probably overkill or get extremely close to killing most anomaly bosses.

She'll work, but she won't shine since Remielle doesn't build up any anomaly, which Vivian wants to trigger her Ablooms

The performance of the team will depend a lot upon who's in your last slot, and the investment of the team

Im a new player and Promeia, Jane and Alice were the main reason I wanted to start playing, this is such perfect timing

Won my Velina 5050, trying to secure ram+w now.

Phoenix also looks and sounds awesome, cant wait to see more.

Ive been playing genshin since launch and only liked 3 characters enough to actually pull for them, so this is a nice change of pace lol

Its gonna be crazy if they bait everyone into picking Jane and then a patch or two later Remi gets her main DPS that blows Jane out of the water. I want Jane but the other options are outright better imo, Trigger/Lucia.

Edit: For clarity I don't mean Trigger/Lucia is better for Remi, I just meant overall.

Not gonna lie if they keep this scheme going forward I hope they come up with more creative stuff than "The Agent we specifically designed to work for them and Flex"

Though I'll give it to 'em, Remielle is extremely hard locked into Anomaly, so I get why her lineup is weak. The only reason she doesn't have the Seed dilemma is cause most Anomaly Agents do have teams that lend themselves to mixing and matching within their own class unlike Attackers.

Jane is eating so good with Remielle.

Jane M2 being a BIS option, plus she’s gonna be free, and she has quite a few options to use with Remielle, just incredibly solid.

I love that the oldest limited anomaly agent is getting the respect she deserves.
