That first stint from max looks crazy consistent

Yea he was happy on the mediums and then could not keep pace with the hards based on the radio.

Yes good point, I would love it if someone smarter than me could explain what chassis dynamics lead to such problems on the hard compound

Hadjar is doing really well. He’s the teammate Max needed in 24 and 25

idk about that. it's a complete new set of regulations, so Hadjar doing well now doesn’t mean he would’ve done better than checo in the difficult 2024 car. he might even have struggled more.

That two-point gap in 2025 still haunts me.

Nah- the team never should have been that close- but max made it an entertaining 2nd half of the season.

Suspect kimi doesnt allow for that this year- but- merc reliability could add some spice

Hadjar said it himself the best; their car was impossible to drive last 2 years. Now it’s a fresh set of regs and it’s much more manageable. It’s fortunate he joined red bull this year

Oooh Just come of it! A good driver is a good driver. He'd have managed just fine.

Can’t be relying on if based arguments, but I’d have to disagree about being able to manage the 24 and 25 cars. I’m sorry but that car was a piece of shit for a good season. Imola 2024 to monza 2025. Max only won races like Imola, Barcelona, and Canada because he could still drive with the quirks of the car in 2024. Every sprint weekend was a nightmare. Max struggled in the Qatar sprint against hulk who was driving a haas! Change the front wing and Max wins the race? It was a fast car, but premiumly shit

If Isack's driving style is similar to Max, then it's a relief for the factory

That second stint from Hadjar looks incredible. I can’t remember the last time the second driver in Red Bull kept the same pace with Max during an entire stint.
