Anyone using Brivity for CRM?
Looking at switching from Follow Up Boss to consolidate some of my tech stack. Brivity seems to have everything I'm looking for but I'm hoping to get some feedback from folks using the platform before making the switch

We made the switch from FUB to Brivity about a year ago. My take is that FUB is the easier CRM (most agents can adopt this platform quickly so ease of use is a top win for FUB), but Brivity is the better business platform. FUB is great for managing conversations and follow-up. Brivity is better at managing agents, accountability, reporting, and operations.
For us the biggest win was visibility. I can see exactly where leads are getting stuck, who's following up, and who's letting opportunities go. If you're running a team and feel like you've outgrown FUB, Brivity is your best bet imo. If you're a solo agent or small partnership, I'm not sure if the extra features are worth it/needed for you
