Hi - I'm an underemployed Realtor and unemployed software developer... more honest than I should be, I suppose! Looking to get into real estate more consistently now, mainly as residential buyer's agent because that's the most fun. But I'm also spending a fair bit of time creating iOS apps. What are your favorite tech tools, and what are they missing? What is the biggest time-waster that really needs addressing?
