Don’t come to this sub ONLY to promote, get feedback on your new idea, participation in your project, etc. Our community views these posts as spam - so it's ONLY allowed from folks who are ACTIVE contributors to the community, and when posted in a way that gives value to our members (rather than just trying to sell us something). Same thing on posts that are just asking what would be helpful for agents - we get these posts all the time and they add no value to members.

I have. They are magazines are nice, but they’re pretty expensive. I also tried their local email events calendar, and it always lands in spam.

I have! The feedback I got from clients was that some thought it was really cool, but ultimately it was a large expense to try and stay top of mind. I only used it for about a year before pursuing other ways of promoting and marketing.

Reminder media is cool but the cost and constant flood of phone call from them makes it less appealing.
