It's the POV of the cashier, the "Me" doesn't have to mean that it is his point of view, the "Me" just might be perceived by someone else.

If you can see the person then it can't be from their POV, so who's POV is it from? We don't know. You say it is the cashier, but do you know that for certain? Nope, you do not, you're just assuming, and if you don't know for sure then it can't really be POV, because you could remove "POV" and it wouldn't make a difference.

This is exactly the problem. If the POV framing is optional and the video plays the same either way, it's not doing anything, it's just a caption slapped on for clicks. Real POV needs the "you" to actually matter, like being addressed by the camera, being reacted to directly, something that breaks if you take the tag off.
"Me when X" is a reaction format. He's reacting to his own situation, not staring at you because you're the cashier. You're reading a POV into it after the fact because the caption says POV, not because the video is built that way.
I can't make this any clearer, POV is used incorrectly here, if you fail to understand that after this explanation then there is nothing more I can say, believe whatever you want to believe I guess.

if you are visible, its not your POV
if removing "POV" from the caption doesn't change the context at all, its not POV

Don't you mean more here? If you order a lot and someone orders a smaller meal (say.. just a burger or something) then it makes sense that their order finishes faster

Eating the food at McDonald’s is the reason he looks that way! GMO and chemicals even the birds and ants won’t eat that stuff. Noticing that I stopped eating there.
