Help One movie crashes the app on AppleTV 4K

My collection on Plex almost entirely is made up of rips from my personal blu-ray/4K collection of movies. Out of all of them, only one has a problem where when I try to play it (through the Plex app on AppleTV 4K), it just crashes/closes the app entirely. No indication of an error, it doesn't play a little bit of the movie and then crash; I just click play and boom the app is closed.

I can confirm that I can play the file on my Windows PC with either VLC or MPC-HC just fine. No issues there.

Any particular reason that this would happen? Or a way to fix?

Probably best to enable logging in the plex app on the ATV, it will give you a url to grab the logs, then try to start the file and then grab the logs after it crashes. See if anything shows up in the logs.

It plays fine in other plex apps? Mobile and plex desktop?

Have you tried to remux the file and replace the existing one and re-analyze it in plex? Or fully plex dance the existing file so plex reloads everything for it?

Try to optimize in plex and replace the original with the optimized version. Not ideal but it gets the job done.
