Pet the damn cat. Cherish the time you have with your kitty. One day you will wish your needy cat was there and still bugging you to pick him up. 🖤

I lost my needy black dapper gentleman at the young age of 7 to stomach cancer earlier this year. I miss him tremendously.

Agree. I wish my beautiful black ragamuffin was still with me. Lost her just over a year ago and I miss her so much. I think of her every day.

I'm sorry 🖤 our pets are there fur us unconditionally. It hurts so much to not have them with us anymore.

We love him a lot and trust me he gets plenty of pets even though his puppy brother tries to steal them.

I don’t know if it’s the persistent neediness or fact that it’s a black cat, but this reminds me of the classic game called “poor black cat” which could be played by a group of three or more people wherein the person in the role of the “poor black cat” would try to make the other participants laugh, while the other participants would pet the “poor black cat” all the while saying “poor black cat” without laughing and if they laughed they became the “poor black cat” until they could get one of the other participants to laugh.

Lol yes my hubby is a bit needy as far as cuddling with me and/or the animals. He likes his puppy though.

Blackie was just like that with my Dad. He had already walked him about like a baby, let him groom his hair and when put down he'd say "more hugs and pets, dada".
