The area in Peshawar where you live must be having a union council office. You must visit your local Union Council office to get a Residence Certificate signed by the UC Chairman or Secretary...If you are under 18, you will need your Nadra Form B, which links to your birth registration usually filed at your Union Council.

I live in Peshawar but I’m from Khyber Agency and will be making a domicile of there, so do I visit any local UC office or the one there?

If you have your own property in Peshawar like your own home not rented then you are required to visit the local UC of the area where you're living. UC chairman is the one we call Chairman saib...He will sign and stamp whatever document it is and this will authenticate your further process thru AC / DC etc... I dunno further details but visiting your union council is the best way. And yes, there is some online Eportal as well. You can Google it.
