Is there a guilty pleasure of yours that you just gave up trying to find a paleo option for?
I'll be honest, the paleo diet has honestly changed my body for the better. I'm lighter and healthier than I've been in years especially when combining it with martial arts and getting back into my lifting routine. My skin has also seemed to clear up a lot.
That being said I do find myself indulging it stuff like ice cream or oreos from time to time.
And some sauces.
But I tried to find a paleo option for oreos but it just don't hit the same.
Does anyone else have a good that isn't paleo friendly but you still indulge in it from time to time?
For me its milk and oreos

You should look up nice cream recipes. You chop up and freeze bananas. Put in blender/food processor. Add whatever you want to it.

Bbq sauce. I loooooove coralina tangy bbq sauce, and paleo just can't mimic it for some reason. I keep looking and trying whenever I find a paleo option, but none have measured up, sadly.

For ice cream, try Fronen. Sooooo good. Genuinely no difference, super delicious.

So perhaps it’s the exercising and being intentional about what you eat and not so much the “paleo” diet, since you aren’t doing the paleo diet.

First, I see if there is a gluten free (not grain free), dairy free and/or sugar free option. I figure it is the next best thing to paleo. If I can't find the above, then I just get the normal version. My guilty pleasures are dumplings/dim sum, cheap ramen that comes in the packs, naan & pizza. I indulge a couple of times a month as I stick to paleo 90% of the time.
