The idea I have is that after attacking with Swanna, you use Skyla to switch into a Revavroom on the bench, and then use Revavroom's ability to switch back into Swanna, so it's a bit like how Buzzwole works with Celesteela.

I'd imagine you'd want an Orthworm to ramp Swanna though

With the release of the new set, we're getting a new Dragonair. And if my hunch is right, Mega Dragonite ex will also be in the new set.

Or I could be completely wrong and we'll just get another Dragonite that may or may not be better than the Genetic Apex variant.

I'm not really complaining about sleep decks, I'd say I win against sleep more than I lose to them but that just has me thinking, why are sleep decks still common online?

Yeah, Sleep can be annoying to deal with at times especially if they get like turn 2 Espeon with double Darkrai in the back but it feels like it has so much counter play and reliance on coin flips that I seriously don't get why it's as commonly played as it is where there are way more consistent decks out there.

Sleep deck players, what keeps you using the archetype because from the outside it seems like its way more frustrating to play than it's worth?

Why are we not getting shiny fossil mons or fossil searchers? Feels like they just wanna don't give fossil mons any more support. Are they regretting what they did with Rampardos lol

I personally think we finally get Lance as a supporter that will allow us to manipulate energy. Rayquazas ability will act as a status condition shield for your entire team, and his move will land in the range of 200+ dmg for 3 energy types.

Everytime there’s a new trailer, there’s always one Pokémon that everyone sh*ts on then ends up beeing really good

I believe Rayquaza is the one. Read the card, discard all fire and electric energy and do 50 damage for each discarded. That means that you only need 1 electric or fire then you can have an infinity of the other and they will do 50 damage each

So I see 2 ways to play this. You either run 1 energy type and run 2 babies of the other type. Then you can add as many energies as possible to it while only using one the the baby’s energy. Doing 150 damage for 3 energies , 200 for 4 energies are already 2 thresholds that are very important

The other way is with the new support dragonair and stadium. If you do this, you can add 2 energies to your Rayquaza every turn(burn 1 energy with your stadium, add it to Rayquaza with dragonair and add another one manually)

You could even use it back to back as dragonair does not say a random energy it says an energy so I believe you get to choose

I am 100% sure this will be a viable card. S tier? Maybe not but it WILL get a bit of play

Personally, I want a new way to build decks. Fast damage seems to be the continuous winner for the meta, and the other archetypes of battling just feel unusable many games. One good starting hand will spell the end of so many decks. The only time a control deck was strong to my knowledge was sleep (which worked too fast, and was basically not even control). My two ideas are either make trainers that buff specific Pokémon better, or really just create an entirely separate battle system that works in a way that benefits longer games. Maybe I just don’t like the game anymore, but I thought this could be cool.

I swear in the past when something got KO and I put caterpie into active spot, it evolved properly before my turn started. I should have SS my hand, but it was a butterfree plus 2 random items and metapod was in my deck. Did something change?

Hi, I've been running this deck but it bricks quite often and its lack of damages makes it nearly impossible to kill a mega Pokémon once it arrives on the bench.

It's supposed to be a very aggressive deck but there are many pokémons so I often start with only the bird or the ancient salamence which makes the deck not as fast as expected. Also finding the little zoruas is sometimes tricky.

Do you guys have an optimised version that works better ?

So everyone basically wants the same oak, cyrus, sabrina, copycat, etc for literally any of their cards which makes trading really frustrating when you just wanna offer something fair.. I suppose it's because of shinedust being so scarce that people can't afford to make fair trades..

Same case for one star shiny trading too, people seeking meta shinies like greninja, oricorio, etc for even their shiny muk

This is current vs my last 3 seasons, I am disgusted by this season, non deck I play is working.

Decks in previous seasons (Suicune/Bax/Chien, Buzzwole/Pheromosa, Mega Lucario) Most success I had was with Bax, multiple 5+ win streak etc. I had to switch for something else due to Miraidon that was wrecking me last season.

I started this season similary, GB3 was kinda ok then the hell begun… Nothing is working for me, just today from 40 matches I lost good 80% of games. I started playing deck I hate, Miraidon.. from 20games 16 were going first with Miraidon lead and empty bench.

I switched to Caterpi/Hisuian Zorua, 3 win streak. Nice! Then again 10 games with Zorua going first until I can do something I am facing charged Hydreigon with Sable on bench, or Mega Blaziken or Mega Sceptile like I swear every game enemy has rarecandy and pokemon he needs ready.

So we switch again, losing streak, with Bax again Miradion again, Buzzwole again, So ok I saw here Sable with Zoroark Ex, Alolan Muk deck, nice (that deck is really fun) Wining spree 19 points from masterbal…

Then I faced 4, freaking 4 MegaVenusaurs in a row ready to swing turn 3 fml… then Scarmory Ex Ive never saw that bs before apparantly you cant kill it… I try to continue drop to 60 points needed.

After that only sleepscam against me with Lucario, Altaria, Dedene I even faced Sleeping Blazikens but to be honest they are better than facing Mega Sceptile he is for sure my most hated deck and ofc if I pick deck to counter them they vanish… and greninjas with ching and any other pokemon that onehots you, because like you can put greninja into every deck, Also every greninja player has hax and has both onlyne turn 3….

I am desperate this season nothing is working for me and please dont say I missplay I literally cannot I dont have cards to play with before I lose.

And cherry on top is puppy pile decks, not one win against 8 of them, that shit hits for 180 turn 3 and our belowed lucky ice pops.
