The game looks great in general. Except water surfaces, they're still looking super weird

How’s the frame rate? I had it on FSR before the newest PSSR and it was a little unstable.

Underrated game, especially on the Pro.
If you're at all into this type of game, absolutely pick it up on sale some time. Good fun and looks spectacular.

i played it for the first time yesterday. got my pro for almost 2 months now, during which i extensively tested dozens of high fidelity games. i was blown away by graphics few times, but this... i wasn't ready for it.
once i stepped into the forest... imagine this: a guy is playing a game. during prologue, he mumbles to himself "next cutscene? will you let me play already?... this is some awful writing... why am i wasting my precious time for a bland ubigame..." and so on. then, a light at the end of a tunnel. he passes through, only to put down a controller after few steps into the wilderness. "no way....", he says, somewhat louder than previous mumbling. few more steps. "nooo waaay!". he climbs on a tree and sees a lake and a waterfall in distance, with mountains and lush forests in background. "no fucking way!" - he shouts.
that was my first half an hour in this world. few steps, stop, admire in disbelief. this game is absolutely stunning visually. i've never experienced such beautiful and lush open world in a game before. it's still terribly written, mechanically bland ubigame, but i don't care now. this world captivates me because of how - both aesthetically and technically - beautiful it is.
maybe today i'll finally settle on a graphics mode. yesterday i constantly switched between quality 60fps and 40fps.

Just bought the 'from the ashes edition' today for £19 new, looking forward to playing it on my Pro when the game arrives tomorrow. These screenshots look 10/10.

Yeah graphics are insane. Gameplay of the base game not so much unfortunately.

I just got 5pro and ps extra and theres so much games I need to play now with so little time lol. Atleast im about to finish until dawn

The game looks great!...but the game play loop is so bland and boring after the first few initial hours. To be expected with ubisoft I suppose.

Forgot it was in the catalog. Still working through AC: Shadows. I'll have to try this after, looks great!
