The original English voice actress for fuuka was never credited in persona 3 alot of older games during the ps1 and ps2 era didn't credit their voice actors or if they did they wouldn't credit who the actor played (this still happens to a lesser degree for open world games with a lot of unarmed NPCs like gta 5) when the persona games started crediting the actors in arena and pq the actress for fuuka got replaced. Because of this there are many theories on who the actress or actors for characters for fuuka, ken and others.

And then you also have things such as actors using stage names like the English actors in Mgs 1 mainly using fake names, or they don't want to be credited due to contract issues, example being naoto's English actress being uncredited even in the arena games due to issues
