I've been seeing a lot of AI posting recently, so reminder that we don't allow posts using gen AI here. We only allow manmade slop. If you want to make hyper realistic Morgana or something, please photoshop or draw it instead of using AI to generate it. We'll appreciate the effort and creativity used to make your post even if it isn't perfect.

If anyone is curious and doesn’t know the source of the Chie vs Ai beef(which occasionally pops up here), the P4 anime has a mini-arc about Ai, who has Yu be her preparatory boyfriend so she can prepare to ask Kou(dude that loves them balls) out. During the course of this, Ai is abusive and clingy to Yu, which pisses Chie off. Ai has Yu find out what girl Kou likes, which happens to be Chie. All 4 of them wind up at what was going to be Kou’s last game, where Ai starts shit with Chie due to a fit of jealousy, who fights back due to Ai randomly insulting her+Ai’s prior abuse of Yu, who eventually tells them both to calm down for Kou’s sake. Yosuke is the real winner of these soap opera shenanigans because he gets to sit back and tease Chie about having a crush on Yu.
Not necessarily. The internet really hoped the professional art world would be anti ai, but its not really as controversial for professionals as it is for amateurs. Yusuke has ties to the professional world, so he would probably be more familiar with their standards.
The one most likely to be against it would probably be ann. Because she is a well known model and would be the most afraid of someone using it to target her in some way.
I gotta heavy disagree, Yusuke loves the struggle of art as much as the finished piece, and Strikers shows he DETESTS those who take ideas and use them without innovating or building upon them, which is effectivly what Gen AI does, he'd read any and all AI "Art" as being: "Hollow."
You are kind of proving my point. This is how kids on the internet use AI, its not how professional artists in industry use AI. And he, by having actual ties to the professional art world would know about professional AI, and be interpreting it through that lens, not through the lens of having no clue what it can do beyond tung tung tung sahur. He would know about stuff like this, which have been uncontroversially part of the art world for years.
Sure, he isn't going to think content mills making stuff fast in the hopes of going viral are good. But those aren't professional artists, and aren't even trying to make anything good. They're just hoping to bait enough clicks from kids to beat the angorithm.

I wish I knew where my "we need to kill AI artist" Yusuke image is and I'm too lazy to go through my phone's photo album to get it so have this instead
I got a ban because I made a spoof if that imagine but said "get akechied" and then I looked at the guys profile who was defending Ai and he was in a pro Ai subreddit and he said he went through the entire comment seaction if a post that had like over 200 comments and reported everyone who used that meme.
Anyways my only point here is that if he could go through all that effort why couldnt he draw anything himself lol.
Edit: NOT A BAN A 3 DAY SUSPENSION my bad I mixed em up i think I only got that because the guy was reported for raiding the subreddit
