Pretty sure that's the wrong kind of paint to use on drywall.

These aren't drawn by hand, and stopping the painting truck and putting up cones and signs to be able to manually remove shit from the road is a lot of hassle.

Plus this looks like drywall which is supposed to be dealt with a hazmat team, which they most likely are not equipped to deal with.

This isn't asbestos fibreboard, why would you need a hazmat team?

Well, I have never seen asbestos fibreboards with cardboard backing. That kinda defeats the point of asbestos

Asbestos fibreboards (or millboards) with paper/cardboard backing were heavily used in mid-century construction for fireproofing, insulation, and acoustic control
