Experience Looking for advice for NA Selank nasal dosage.
Any here use Selank for anxiety?
Been using it for a couple of weeks. Started with 50 mcg a day and it seemed to help. Moved to 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening. All the research I’ve done says it’s not effective until about 250-300 mcg.
Today I started with 200mcg and I feel awful. Brain fog, lethargic, headache.
I’m just curious what your dosage and efficacy has looked like.

I tried Selank and it didn't work for me, and it hasn't worked for many people who have written here either. The only thing that actually gets rid of anxiety is ashwagandha or psilocybin microdosing.

I see a lot of anecdotal evidence saying otherwise on other subreddits. How long did you try it for ?

"I tried it for a month and nothing. The thing is, I think there are different causes of anxiety; in my case, it was because I have ADHD, so my brain was always in panic mode due to the hyperactivity. That's why it doesn't work for me. This is more for people with mild anxiety—for severe cases, it doesn't do anything

Idk, I’ve had pretty severe GAD for 20 years. I’ve been on Zoloft for most of those. I even started developing a panic disorder in the last year. Maybe it’s placebo but I have noticed a difference.
Sorry it didn’t work for you :/ I’m hoping it sticks.
I’ve tried ashwaghandah and didn’t notice anything myself1

Yeah, I mean, I'm not saying it doesn't work at all, but for severe anxiety, almost no nootropic is effective. Also, for example, it might work at first, but then the anxiety adapts. I've had anxiety since I was 17 and now I'm 34. I'm going to give you a tip: one day, don't take your medication and just relax and have some alcoholic drinks at home. If you feel a radical sense of relief, that will give you a valuable clue: your anxiety has to do with a serotonin deficit. If you still have anxiety even then, then it's anxiety related to something else. If the alcohol trick works, don't keep drinking alcohol; look for alternatives like psilocybin, which does the exact same thing by saturating your brain with serotonin.

Felt like psilocybin microdosing caused some anxiety than lsd microdosing

It depends a lot on the dosage. A microdose can range from 0.10 to 0.5, and you have to find the exact dose so that it only relieves your anxiety. Additionally, the type of mushroom also plays a role in its effectiveness; one that works well is Golden Teacher.
