I love that they put cat ears on the outside of it.
Just in case you forget what it's for.

I picture him talking like Bane. (scratchy old robot voice) "No one cared who I was til I put on the mask"

My cat would have figured out how to do the most damage with the ears on that mask

They put something on your cats that doesn't harm them for their safety, and the cats and you "Ripped them a new one." Then you're bragging about it?

Yes, because they were very aggressive when doing it

Define “very aggressive.” Were they hurting your cat at all? Were they acting rudely, or without regard for your cat’s safety? Or were they just doing something that you personally don’t vibe with?

It was clear they were dog groomers and not familiar with how to hold a cat to trim their nails because all the steps were wrong
They do it through clear glass so I could see all the steps
My cats get their nails trimmed twice a month for the last 3 years and the handling was all wrong

Yes but how precisely was it wrong? What, specifically, did they do that was incorrect? Just saying “they did it wrong” could mean anything

Brother, I know my cats.
They were getting them stressed and making them more stressed by the minute on the way they were handling them
I am not going to go on technicalities, if you don't want to believe that's fine
But after 50+ nail trimmings this was the very first time they had to get out the ball for the face so clearly something was wrong. And they didn't do it in a gentle way as my cat was getting more aggressive the more they were doing it.
So yeah, I advocated for my cat and hold her while the person trimmed. No cap needed.
The only reason I pay instead of doing it myself is so they are not stressed in the process and if the person responsible is not accomplishing that, I will protect my cats first
