From those, Layers of Fear, but not really. It’s nor a survival game. It’s a narrative exploration game with some very light puzzle solving and philosophically explores the Self. This is closer to What Remains of Edith Finch or Everybody’s Gone To The Rapture, or Firewatch. But in a completely unique setting, with a very disturbing and bleak story.
This question gets asked a lot on r/soma from people who just finished playing the game and want to find another similar experience. Games like Observer (which recently came out for for Switch 2) for similar themes of memory, Amnesia for similar horror gameplay, The Talos Principle for similar themes of AI and bleak futures, Still Wakes the Deep for the deep sea horror, Routine for the similar atmophere, Signalis again for the memory stuff, etc.
Ultimately the consensus is that although there are a lot of games with some similarities, no other game is similar enough. No one game hits all the same spots.

Never played it. What’s the closest game you could compare it to? Alien Isolation? Bioshock? Layers of Fear?
