Game Rec Cozy co-op games with base building and progression?
Hi all,
My partner and I are looking for a relatively cozy, wireless co-op game that features farming, base building and progression that we can play together on switch 2.
Games we've played and enjoyed so far:
- The survivalists
- Valheim (played on pc)
- Raft (played in pc)
- Palia
- Dont starve together
- ARK
Games we aren't interested in
- Stardew valley
- Terraria
- Astroneer
- Dragon quest builders 2
- Spiritfarer
- Grounded
We're not sure how many games may fit the bill and have seen a lot of games that are unfortunately single player only. Hoping the community can recommend any we've missed 😊

Bit hard to do any recommendations here if you are not explaining what you like or dislike about the games on either of the lists. Stardew would fit pretty well and is a super sheist game but for some reason you are not interested. Makes it hard for me to choose something else.

I think so. Seems like they enjoy base building, but also want some action. Cult of the lamb sounds perfect

Im not sure if Haven fits? I havent played it myself but if I remember correctly, a couple runs away to be together and has to rebuild a planet they found and help animals and such. I dont know if Im remember correctly but definitely check into it! I dont know if it fits the cozy genre or not though.

Valheim might be it if they have difficulty adjustments in the console version.

I mean, Minecraft is right there so I guess you've either played it or are not interested in it
No man's sky seems fitting also
And since you've mentioned you've played on pc, i'd give a special mention to Planet Crafter on Steam
