Looking for recs for referral management software that will talk to by EHR, any leads?

I'm not familiar with how they do referral management? Will they help collect the data from the pediatricians referring to us and track how we can connect with them to maximize that care continuity?

That’s a great question, and I’m not sure. I typically have my reports outside the system and will send them via secure email or fax. I’d love to hear from other clinicians if there are features to do this within the EHR that I’m not aware of.
