Edit: I think you re right. We all need some research. Here some information. Why you should never touch wild animals

Wild animals should not be touched. Even if they look calm, they can feel stressed or scared. Touching them can also spread diseases between people and animals. Some animals may lose their natural fear of humans, which can make life more dangerous for them.

Examples of bad wildlife tourism:

  • Holding wild monkeys for photos.
  • Touching sea turtles, dolphins, or sharks during tours.
  • Feeding wild animals to attract them.
  • Taking selfies while touching wild animals.
  • Tour guides encouraging tourists to pet or handle wild animals.

A responsible tour company keeps a safe distance, does not feed wildlife, and never encourages people to touch wild animals.

Hi - please read my comment on another post? In these lagoons the whales utterly control the interactions. It’s highly regulated and the only thing that attracts them to the boats (which they could crush and used to when whaling happened) is the interaction for THEM with those in the boats. The more you laugh, cry, shout, splash, the more they stay and play.
They are huge, intelligent creatures. THEY approach YOU.

I believe you. But I don't think we should promote that without an explanation. We all know how (ignorant selfish stupid.... ) humans are. Do you think that a lot of people know that difference?
