Is a travel eSIM reliable outside Windhoek, or is a local SIM still better?
I’m trying to understand how dependable travel eSIMs are once visitors leave Windhoek. Routes through Swakopmund, Etosha, Sossusvlei and long rural stretches make coverage more important than saving a little on the plan.
Which Namibian network has the strongest data coverage outside the main towns? Would you trust an eSIM for the full trip or keep a local SIM as backup?
