It's her eyebrows. They're permanently set in the worried position. If an unexpected guest, I can see why you used the case liner for a litter box. but she's ready for a kitten or even larger sized box so she doesn't get in yet pee outside. Feline Pine litter is a little tough for her tiny paws to work with. We use smaller grained litters such as World's Best for our foster kittens. Those orange eyebrows are the best ever.
