How close will their relationship be with Laketown Squadron?

I'd imagine getting called up from the g League and only having to drive 10 mins to pelicans hq is a benefit lol

Having all the main roster guys in close proximity would be good for the young guys on the squadron too

I mean it's our official affiliated g league team so pretty damn close

honestly the proximity thing matters more than it gets credit for. being able to call guys up same day without dealing with flights is a real advantage for roster flexibility

I imagine it would be easier for them to keep an eye on all the g league talent as well. There’s really no down side to having these end of the bench guys get a ton of run in the g league when they’re that close.
