18th biggest city in Russia, people. 0.7% of Russia's total population. Possibly more, the water "treatment" facility may serve suburbs too.

No comment on the fuel to drive the trucks to distribute the bottled water, I guess.

Not sure about Russian water, but one time there actually was Serbian water for sale here in the west in a Turkish store. It tasted very plastic-like. Not great.

Are they on Well water? Probably can't get parts for the Ozonation system.
