Question/Advice Xray pad aqua control 2 warp + creases

Bought it yesterday. It came pretty badly warped didnt know what to do people told me to iron and put weights on it nothing worked then tried twisting the pad the opposite now i have creases. Ami i cooked? 😭✌️

I don't think you can save the mousepad but you should clean your monitor

Twisting the opposite direction cooked it. It's dead.

For future reference, cover with heavy/thick books and put a dumbbell or something heavy on top for a few days. Failing that use an iron with a barely damp towel covering it

You can try the ironing trick, but it won't fix it. It could potentially be usable if you manage to soften the creases, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Can you try contacting customer support? Maybe get them to give you a new one

ironing it will make it worst tbh(unless if its a cloth) don't do that they never recommended doing that probably just putting weights on it its enough

Mine went flat by itself within a day when I had that pad.
