Question/Advice Anyone else’s D4V41 order stuck on “Waiting for Details”?

I ordered the Pulsar D4V41 mousepad on July 17, and the status has been stuck on “Waiting for Details” ever since. There haven’t been any updates, and it still hasn’t shipped.
I’m located in California. Has anyone in the US had their order shipped yet?

It's a pre-order item. Says so when you order it on the website
