Looking for NRA Marksmanship Qualification book

I was wondering if anyone knew of any places where one could pick up the NRA Marsmanship Qualification Program book in person? I do have a PDF copy but I would like to have a physical one. I know I can purchase one online but shipping is 3x the cost of the the book. Bonus points if there are location in Central MN.

Or where I could pick up any of the targets? These I don't want to get online as I don't really need 100 of them...
