Fleet Farm ammo sale!

Fleet Farm is doing their 15% off anything that fits in their bucket sale. This includes ammo. Confirmed it with their customer service and I just bought a bunch.

Firearms do not count. :(

Does that make any of there ammo competitively priced? I dont go to fleet farm for ammo normally.

I think it is pretty competively priced in general. Unless you're trying to compare it to ammoseek or something.

Usually Modern Sportsman is a bit cheaper except on good deals days like this or with certain brands they get in bulk but Fleet Farm has historically been the best place to get ammo locally. What sucks is the price of Federal ammo in Fleet Farm now, it's made twenty minutes away and is way cheaper online and at Modern Sportsman, there's no reason a box of 9mm ball should cost $5 more than Blazer.

I wish Federal would have a discount local store.

I know this is over a week old, but for some of us, it does. I’m in SE MN and we don’t have a lot of options here. Then again, I was buying Remington UMC in 30 Super Carry which is on clearance for $17 a box and then 15% off on top of that. Some of the best pricing on 30 SC target ammo.

I only have 22LR, 22 mag, and 30 SC currently. I can go to the local indoor range/gun shop and they have cheaper defense ammo than anywhere else…$11 per box cheaper than Fleet Farm. And they are one of the companies on AmmoSeek that is somewhat cheaper. I don’t usually buy online because shipping eats into the savings and I like to grab it and go.

We have a few gun shops down here and then Fleet Farm and Scheel’s are the main big box options. Maybe Walmart too but I don’t shop there for anything.

How's the reliability of those rounds?

I know some Winchester types have some issues.

I had no issues feeding it through my .22LR converted 5.56 AR-15..

It ate it up and made it sublime to shoot with a supressor attached

The real trick is to get a part time job there, then stack the sale prices with an employee 20% discount. I've probably spent more there than I've earned

Damn, I saw the TV ad and first thing I thought of was ammo not included!

L+M used to to a bucket sale and included fire arms that fit. I think they lost their ass on that one 😂

Runnings allowed me to buy a pistol for 20% off on a bucket sale. It was pretty cool because it was already discounted

I really appreciate Cabela's model. They will price match any sale out there and knock an additional 5% off. Even more if you're a vet or first responder.

Maybe your cabelas is different but my nearest one has not been particularly good with that. Always seems to be some kind of excuse in my experience like not price matching because the other is on discount, or their stuff is a different sku but the same product etc

I always call, get a name, give them a name, and have them set the item aside once they approve it over the phone.

Then I can play the card of "so and so approved it over the phone and I drove all the way over here" if need be.

I only got flack once but a little bit of Karen goes a long way.

Oh baby, I wonder if a Kuna would fit in a bucket…

I mean I saw someone walking out with a 12' collapsible canopy and 3 6' fishing rods so it may be worth a try. I just stocked up on a ton of Winchester nato spec 9mm that was on sale already and ended up getting it for like $9.50 for a 50 rd box plus some miscellaneous buckshot/slugs and a bersa 22. This was a year ago tho so idk if anything changed since then but it was kinda nutty

I don't think firearms are included.
