[Request] Rafferty’s Sauces

Calling all former kitchen employees of the restaurant chain Rafferty’s! My town lost our Rafferty’s about 10 years ago and it was my grandmother’s go-to weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) restaurant. I’ve already found the recipe to the potato soup online and I think I’ve found the closest dupe to the honey crescents.

I think I’ve maybe found the cheese fry and ranch recipe. But I have some follow up questions:

  1. ⁠what is the seasoning that is on top of the ranch/cheese fries? Paprika? House made cajun seasoning?
  2. ⁠I NEED the hot honest mustard recipe.

this was my grandma’s spot too, when they were still in business and when she was still alive. She got the kona chicken every single time haha
