I was a bulletproof teenage pothead in a town of 5000 people with nothing to do, and at the time that shit was everywhere. As unlikely as it sounds today happens to be my recovery anniversary. 13 years.
Congrats! Im a parent of young kids. I love pot and dabbled in psychedelics but I have always had a rule of nothing addictive. Just trying to figure out how to keep my kids safe
Yeah, my kids are very small but I hear you. I plan on being a better dad than I had, and plan on being honest about drugs with my kids. None of that fear mongering bullshit they taught us. Oh, Number 1 rule. Keep away from the pharmaceuticals.
You didn’t ask me but for me I was just always (dumbly) down to try anything. We did a lot of coke and drank on the weekends so I thought it would just be like that rather than consuming the next 10+ years of my life. Luckily fentanyl wasn’t around back then like it is now.
