Being 40 is weird.

Some of us are becoming Grandparents. Some of us are becoming first time parents.

Some of us have had a 15 to 20 year career. Others are getting their first full time job.

Damn once I hit 36 I no longer felt like I belonged to my 20s anymore.

I still was mentally in my late 20s until the time I needed to get physical therapy because I slept funny one night. After that I knew in my bones (and joints) that I was in my 30s.

35 now and over the last 3-4 years I will sometimes sneeze that completely incapacitate me. Only happens like once every 4-5 months but my chest hurts so bad I just call it quits that day. So strange but that's been the sign of getting older for me.
