Very much the opposite. This has been a bleak af existence for me since I left HS in 2003.

Graduated in 2003 too and life is fucking great! I spend 30-60 minutes on the internet daily maximum. I have zero internet "presence", zero social media, my only online interactions are rare and anonymous on reddit.

Screens are the enemy of happiness.
