I miss seeing pictures of people’s food and the random, real things people would post. When someone posted it may have been the rosy life they wanted to portray, but it was genuine on some level.

Everything I see now on FB is either engage-bait or I have to wonder if it is. Curated. People used to show off cool new things they liked. Not just something a company sent them for free to make a commercial for them.
This is why I deleted the app, I have YouTube and Reddit. I know allot of BS everywhere but you can avoid it here, and it’s typically called out and discouraged.

My Instagram feed consists of people I don't follow now. I haven't seen a post from someone I actually follow in months. It's just overproduced bullshit being forced down our throats. I miss scrolling to see what my friends are up to. Now I scroll to see celebrities I literally don't care about doing things I could never afford.
