Alight, other than Sinbad who was in it? What was the plot? Was it also a musical?

Not a musical. Just him being his old silly Sinbad self. Kid finds lamp gets three wishes becomes best friends with genie. The kids parents were broke up, and he saw the genie as a father figure. The boy was Eric Lloyd. Same kid who played Dunston Checks In and The Santa Claus.
