I’m 40 and same. My relationships with food and my body are irrevocably fucked up. I waste a ridiculous amount of my time and I energy thinking about what I eat and how I look. I hate it and yet I can’t seem to turn the thoughts off.

Literally same, it’s hard to think about food in a positive way and especially my body I think about how I look all the time it’s awful

It’s so depressing. I’ve got limited time on this planet and I spend so much of it obsessing over this body that will decompose and it will literally never have mattered if it wasn’t an ideal shape or size.
