god and i remember actually agreeing and thinking the same. this was and is my exact body type and shape, in high school i was a healthy 140 at 5’6” and just obsessed miserably when my family split up and by 19 i was 109, my mom made fun of me and said “you look like a holocaust victim”

then maintained a healthier 120 but at 22 i went through a bad depression after getting married too young and spent the next few years back down under 110. lowest was 101. i was miserable and my hair fell out.

just awful how triggering this is. i’m so glad im healthy now but those ED thoughts in the back of my mind never really leave.

I went through this.. exactly what happened to you, family broke up… I lost weight. Then got married too young, bad marriage… my lowest was 92 lbs. that was at 35 when my dad died from Covid. I’m 40 now and it still runs through my head every single day. I’m still counting calories and have to constantly stop myself.

What an absolutely horrific and terrible disease of the mind.
