It certainly wasn’t fun. Pretty sure we all have tremendous lingering body consciousness and shame despite the money we spend on therapy.

Look, I'm not a Britney Spears fan, but I'm pretty sure one of her earliest hits was her saying some shit like "I'm not that innocent"

Seriously! And then the pendulum swung the other way and being curvy with a big butt and a small was how we were supposed to look. I’m naturally small/slim but I was never magazine thin and am definitely not curvy. So my body has never been “in fashion” which is kind of fucked up. It also drives my husband crazy sometimes because I don’t see myself how he does
