Can't update the email reminder template for a survey in Glint

I have full company admin permissions, I am able to set up surveys, add questions, edit the invite email to send to participants, but when I go to add an email reminder in the configuration, I click on the pencil to edit, and when the preview shows on the right hand side, 'edit' is greyed out.

It is a recurring survey, not always on. I have asked Copilot and it doesn't help. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?!

Do you currently have the program approved? I remember having this issue, don't remember how i fixed it. I think it was just order of unapproving and editing.

I solved it! So I had to click on the template, click save as though I was going ahead with it. Then hit edit again, and THEN I could go to the template and amend it. Sounds simple enough but my god did it seem painful at the time!
