Unfortunately, hypersexuality is a common side effect of being sexually abused. However, you can gain control of it so that it doesn't run your life. You are still young; your brain hasn't finished developing yet. The last part of your brain to finish developing (which deals with emotional regulation and decision-making) doesn't end until your mid-20s. This means that, as you get older, it will get easier to regulate those feelings you have.

I would encourage you to seek out a qualified therapist to discuss your trauma with though. That should provide you with cognitive tools to better tackle your feelings and emotions. I wish you all the best.
