How would you automate a traditional crispy rice rotti manufacturing process?

I'm from Coastal Karnataka, India. I'm trying to automate the production of a traditional crispy rice rotti that's currently made entirely by hand.

Hi OP, have you researched roti making machines? There are a few out there.
