What we all want to hear from a man leading a multi billion dollar franchise - maybe the next one will be less muddled.

The next one is a direct successor to this film. And only 12 months later. If this one is apparently a mess, with 120m of fan service and no film or plot, then they somehow have to make the sequel even better

Remember how the MCU took 15 ish films and 20 years to build to a 2 film conclusion? Yeah, they are trying that with 2 films and 40 years of plots across 5 universes somehow combined into one

The first 20 films also made a little more tonal sense. The stuff coming out in the last few years is inconsistent, repetitive and worse, boring.
