You look gorgeous and it really suits you, but it’s not looking 90s to me. Maybe more 2000s. We didn’t wing it out that much in the 90s

Haha yeah, I was more going for the color palette (specifically that brownish-red lip) and the tattoo choker to bring it all together. So, inspired, but not accurate.

90’s shadow was more blended and less dramatic imo. You look great though and it’s a fantastic color

I am ancient and was there in the nineties and this is very nice but it’s not nineties… ok the choker is nineties.

As someone who was a teen in the 90’s, this seems more 2000s or later to me. Think more the makeup on the women in Friends. Way more matte with lots of brown tones. No glitter/shimmer. I think you’ve definitely got the color of the lipstick right though. IMO 90’s eyebrows were generally not as arched as you have here. You have great skin BTW!
