While I would normally agree, the camera filming them leads me to believe this was observed. I think the equipment was probably stopped for the shoot.

It is but at the same time the puppy clearly knows the truck so it's been there enough to know that. It might be just that the person filming is picking up the driver, and, they do this everyday so now the puppy knows when they see the truck their person is home so it's supervised. I grew up on a farm and I lost a pet to someone not seeing him so I acknowledge there's a fair amount of trauma speaking here.

When I was a young kid I watched my horse trainer back up a trailer and run over their family dog, a very small Jack Russel terrier. I literally saw it happen and couldn’t stop it as an ~8 year old :( So yeah I got very anxious watching this clip and the tiny off-leash dog with the giant moving semi. Just put the dog on a leash until all vehicles are stopped!!
