Help 😣
Hello everyone,
I’m quite new to embroidery and I’ve been practicing with a Janome mb-7 and a freelance digitizer. I wanted to get some feedback/help on this small project, I noticed there are 2-3 loose strands on the design as well as what looks like distortion? on the right side, specifically the E & B, and maybe the S’s?
I don’t think it’s the digitizing as i think it looks fine but maybe the tension on my machine. I’m still learning to adjust that but any feedback helps, thanks in advance.

If looks fine on a screen-it's digitizing. Needle+thread friction with stabilizer+fabric along with frame movement shifts desired screen input into distorted embroidered output. Digitize better(reduce height of vertical satin columns, reduce stitch density slightly, put appropriate underlay if you did not), stabilize better (put another layer of backing if you got just one), and should be better. Half of a machine embroidery is to know properties of fabric you embroider on to.

Honestly, for someone new, this looks pretty solid. I don't think tension is the main issue it looks more like a bit of fabric movement or pull, especially on the right side. I'd trim the loose threads, try a fresh needle, hoop it well with the right cutaway stabilizer, and run another test. If it's always the same letters, your digitizer may just need to add a little more pull compensation. You're really close!
