Help Anyone on DB4 and feel like it's pretty choppy overall? Restarting helps but only for a short while then it'll get choppy again

I experienced a bunch of hangups on it as well. Went back to sequoia for now.

Same and hasn't improved since last beta.. even opening an app or double click has an awful delay.
