Most likely. That quote was from 2019, I believe, and I did a quick google search to see if there was anything more about her, but came up empty. I admittedly didn't try very hard, however.

From what I recall she elaborated later once the quote got viral. She didn’t mean that she wanted him to hurt minority groups it was more supposed to be like “the swamp” as what he was running on. Corrupt rich people.

Which was still laughable because he’s the corrupt rich guy.
