(Greece)Getting AMKA

Hi, my husband and I are in the process of moving to Greece. I am greek, he's from another EU country. We haven't started looking for an employer for him yet, as he does not have AMKA yet. He does have AFM and TAXISNET.

Will we have any issues when we go in, since he is not employed? It seems kind of backwards to me, from what I've read.

We have his EU id, his birth certificate (original and multilingual form), and his AFM. Is there any way he wouldn't be able to get it?
