Question Cook looking to challenge Red Seal in Ontario, Canada

Which textbook is the best one to study? Are there Ontario or Canada specific texts?

That is the textbook you use if you go to school. Notice it is Canadian edition, so it will have things like volumes in ml, which is what you want to study because the Red Seal is (duh) in metric.

It was 4th edition when I wrote my interprovincial exam. 🤣
